Terms and Conditions

A legally valid contract is executed between You and RotaryOS once You agree to the ToS by clicking "I Agree". "RotaryOS" = ROTARYOS FINTECH SOLUTIONS (registered in India, Coimbatore – 641006). "You" = the Business (Company/LLP/Partnership/Trust/Society/ Proprietor/Individual) registered on www.RotaryOS.com.

ToS comes into effect upon registration. Includes Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, and third-party terms by reference. Using the Services = acceptance.

2.1 Registration: Mandatory; RotaryOS may refuse service without reason.
2.2 Eligibility: Must be an educational institution/tuition centre/similar; Authorised Person must be 18+ and competent to contract.
2.3 Payment: Pay-per-Use model; monthly/annual subscription; GST applicable; value-added services billed separately; no refund if you stop using before term expiry.

RotaryOS owns all IP in the software, website, and services. You retain ownership of your uploaded data and are responsible for consents.

4.1 You are responsible for data entries, messages, payment links, parental consents.
4.2 Prohibited content: profanity, false/misleading info, viruses, cyber-bullying, defamation, infringement, privacy violations, illegal solicitations, religious-hate material, anything overloading infrastructure.
4.3 Use only for legal/legitimate purposes (no money laundering).
4.4 No tampering, probing, disrupting, reverse-engineering, or subleasing accounts.
4.5 Refund policy: RotaryOS is a facilitator only; refunds handled by merchants.

Payment aggregators used: Cashfree (HDFC), Omniware (Federal Bank), PhonePe, Jio, Razorpay. Payment disputes go to your bank. Links provided to each provider's ToS.

6.1 Only collects data you/your Authorised Users upload; not shared with third parties.
6.2 Customer payment-gateway data is not stored by RotaryOS.

Service is "as is" — no warranties of merchantability/fitness. No guarantee of business success, uninterrupted uptime, or protection from external virus/hacking events.

You indemnify RotaryOS against third-party claims arising from your use, IP infringement, defamation, spamming, equipment damage, personal injury, or breach of ToS.

No indirect/consequential loss liability. Total liability capped at one yearly subscription fee.

Suspension on breach/non-payment; termination after 15 days of non-payment. Either party may terminate any time. Pro-rata refund only if RotaryOS terminates (excluding breach/non-payment). Data retained 90 days post-termination unless immediate deletion is requested.

RotaryOS may modify ToS with notice (including website notification). Users must review periodically.

No liability for delays due to natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, government acts. After 20+ days, parties may mutually terminate/suspend.

You cannot assign/transfer rights or share account. RotaryOS may assign to affiliates/subsidiaries.

Amicable conciliation first → Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Governed by laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
